Jerry Campbell - Chairman


Jerry is the CEO and founder of Affinity Group - Elite Associates, a west coast regional sales agency with best in class sales representatives.

After graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a BS degree in Sales and Marketing, Jerry started his career in the agency business with a small Southern California private label food broker.

From there he went to work at a large regional agency where he was promoted to a Group Vice President position managing 3 operating divisions including Foodservice.

In 1998 Jerry started Elite Associates, Inc. in a small Southern California office with just 6 employees. Today they enjoy business in 10 states with almost 120 highly trained sales professionals.

Jerry enjoys a very active life with his wife of 33 years, Kellie, and his two boys, Brady (29), currently an account executive at Elite Associates, and Cameron (28), an Elite Associates Operator Specialist. 


Paul Baker

Paul is Partner and CEO of Baker Sales Company/IBA.

Baker Sales is a family owned, independent, sales and marketing agency that is based in Minneapolis, covering several Midwestern states.

The Baker Sales partnership consists of three brothers, Doug, Todd and Paul.

Paul has been with Baker Sales since graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1976 with a BS in Business.

He is married to his best friend, Beverly, and they have three sons; Paul Jr., Bill and David.

In addition to his duties at Baker Sales, Paul serves on several nonprofit boards. He enjoys all facets of the outdoors, lake life, and the Caribbean.


Joe Hargadon

Joe Hargadon joined Key Food Brokers (now KeyImpact Sales & Systems, Inc.) in 1994. With his industrious nature, he contributes a wealth of knowledge about the foodservice industry and is a valuable asset to Clients and Customers. Throughout the many years, Joe has held many positions in sales management across a broad geography, growing his responsibilities as KeyImpact has expanded.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Canisius College in 1992. He is based in Burlington, NJ.


Terry Hughner

As President of Total Source/IBA, Terry sets the company's high standards of work ethic and performance. Before founding Total Source, Terry gained much experience in the food industry.

He held various management positions at Swift & Company, was regional sales manager for Tyson Foods' Beef and Pork Division, and was the Director of Center-of-the-Plate Sales for Shamrock Foods.

Terry's drive, knowledge of the industry, and honesty has earned him wide-held respect in the industry and has been an invaluable asset in the building of the Total Source organization.

Terry is married to Renee (a Food Marketing Professor at Arizona State University in the WP Carey School of Business) and they have three daughters: Lynette (31), Sarah (13) and Cecilia (10).

Terry enjoys both golf and reading, when he can fit them into his busy schedule.


Al Letizio Jr.

Al Letizio, Jr. is Chief Executive Officer of A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing, Inc., an agency providing service in foodservice, retail, K-12 School Nutrition and Non-Foods, covering 17 states. Founded thirty years ago, A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing continues the Letizio family legacy in the food industry spanning 5 generations, originating in Massachusetts in 1912.

Al served in leadership positions on his town’s Board of Selectmen, School Board, and various other committees. Appointed by the New Hampshire Speaker of the House, Al serves on a commission presently charged with revising New Hampshire State Business Tax law. Al and his wife Patti lead the Windham Christmas Association, a non-profit organization providing family assistance at the Holidays. An advisor to three United States presidential campaigns, Al was also appointed to New Hampshire’s Delegation to the Republican National Convention twice. Al’s Food Industry service includes the Board of Directors for the New England Food Foundation, Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Food Association as well as Vice President of the New England Fresh Foods Alliance.

Al and his wife Patti have been married for 35 years and are parents of three children, two of whom, Adam Letizio and Nick Letizio, serve the company as generation five in executive capacity. Al has been a registered leader for Boy Scouts of America since 1991, assisting in the founding of two Scouting Units. A lifetime member of the United States Navy League in support of two of his children, active duty United States Navy officers, Al is also a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain, enjoying family time cruising the eastern US coast throughout the year.


Eric Martin

Eric is a Partner in Food Sales East. Eric started his career as an entry level BSR at Food Sales East when he was 23 years old. It was at that point that he fell in love with the Foodservice industry and worked extremely hard to learn the Sales Agency business from the ground up.

Over the next 22 years, his experience was deep in all facets of the Foodservice Sales Agency Business moving through the following positions: BSR, Key Operator Specialist, Contract Management Specialist, Company Trainer, Sales Manager, Principal AE, Enterprise Manager as well as a product expert for multiple principal partners. At that point, Eric became a partner in the company as his experience & passion drove him forward helping develop and refine the Industry Leading Sales Execution Model that FSE continues to use today.He is very competitive, has a high standard of excellence and hates to lose.

Eric enjoys family time with his wife and 3 boys. They enjoy traveling, sports and music. Eric’s education is in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Tech University where he also studied accounting and economics. He attended TTU on a Full Football Scholarship where he earned 3 Varsity Letters. During that time he was also President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.


Tony Rizzo

Tony Rizzo is a passionate second generation owner of Rizwitsch Sales, which was founded in 1984, where he serves as managing partner. He took over Rizwitsch Sales in 2006. Since then, the company has successfully opened up markets in Michigan, Kentucky and Indiana. Tony runs a very vibrant, young and aggressive company that has grown through the many years of consolidation. He is very proud of being independent and a force in the Midwest. Rizwitsch currently covers Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky with seven offices to provide foodservice solutions. Tony and his company have a reputation for being an organization of knowledgeable, dependable, and honorable people with a firm commitment to the foodservice industry. Tony is current board member of the IBA where he serves as Vice Chairman.


Andy Wilson

Andy has been in the sales agency business for many years, learning the broker business at Bocar Enterprises, a family business, and eventually joining Waypoint. He is now senior Vice President - Client Teams.
