Membership Eligibility: There are three classes of membership within FSMA: sales agencies, manufacturers, and vendors supporting sales agencies and manufacturers.

Requirements:
1. Applicants must have been in business a minimum of 12 months and have a reputable standing in their marketplace
2. Applicants agree to provide information to FSMA to validate membership eligibility requirements are met
3. Applicants agree to adhere to the principles embodied in the FSMA Code of Ethics
